Professional information
Schools and partners should provide accurate information reasonably required for planning and delivery. EduGuard Insights will use submitted information for the stated educational or administrative purpose and will handle it professionally.
Intellectual property
Ownership and permitted use of reports, training materials, assessment resources and other deliverables will be stated in the relevant proposal or agreement. Materials must not be redistributed beyond the agreed audience without permission.
Safeguarding and conduct
All school-based work is expected to follow applicable safeguarding requirements, institutional policies and professional standards.
Fees, changes and cancellation
Payment schedules, reasonable change procedures and cancellation terms will be specified for each paid engagement. School Hub access is governed by the package and subscription period selected by the school.
